Precautions if you are going to be dominated at home

The dominated exercises are one of the most complete exercises that exist. To do them, you just have to leave your body suspended while you are subject to a bar, and finally lift it by flexing your arms upwards.

This modality also exercises a multitude of muscles of the body such as, for example, the trapeze, the biceps and the pectorals, always depending on the type of grip (neutral, prone or supine). Another positive aspect of this exercise is that it can be done quickly and easily anywhere. In fact, many people decide to practice them at home when they barely have time to go to the gym.

If this is your case and you would like to learn to dominate at home, it is important that you take the following precautions:

Watch your hands and chin
The hands and the chin are two of the parts of the body that are most exposed when it comes to dominating. To avoid any ailment or injury, you can use a pair of gloves to get a better grip and support. In the case of the chin, it is important to keep it slightly away from the bar when raising the body. Otherwise, a fall or slip can be very painful for this area.

Do not dominate near dangerous objects.
If this is the first time you’ve mastered them, it’s quite likely that from the beginning you’ll find it hard to master them completely and, therefore, you’ll be more likely to suffer fortuitous blows or slips. For this reason, it’s important not to expose your body to any sharp objects near you. To avoid this, you have the option of doing this type of routine in a clear room that doesn’t have too much furniture around you.

Don’t Abuse Semi-Fixed Bars
The semi-fixed or extensible bars are one of the most economical options when starting to do dominated at home. They are very easy to install in any room, while allowing all kinds of exercises. However, they have the handicap that the wall or frame in question can be scratched or broken, due to continued overweight or if you perform exercises too explosive. To do this, you can opt for fixed bars that can be screwed to the wall and are able to hold more than 350 kilos without any problem.
